Comment about Sherry Turkle’s TED talk “Connected but alone”

I would like to indicate two main positions in Sherry Turkle’s TED talk “Connected but alone”…
First, some of the problems she pointed out in using technology and it's link to  false illusions:
We can be anywhere we want at any moment; thus, we are here, but not actually “here” when we meet with friends or at work. We can virtually customize our world, including our lives, appearance, and conversation; however, we lose the richness of reality and see it as how it actually is. We have an apparent virtual control of the conversation, not to close and not too far; nevertheless, it does not allow us to have the opportunity to comprehend and appreciate each other. Having our devices close we are always connected, therefore, we are never alone; when in fact, those devices are isolating us from real interactions.
Second, Sherry Turkle offers some preventive actions:
Self-awareness of what it implies and then, listen to each other in real conversations, where we can recognize our vulnerability. Likewise, to have secret spaces at home where we can have personal interactions. Finally, understand loneliness as a positive moment to find ourselves.
I personally think that the first applies effortlessly  to almost everyone using social media, but unfortunately, the second is not accessible to everyone since requires a lot of effort.
